Choosing Dental Haven for my first time check- up in Bulacan didn’t disappoint me. I didn’t regret coming, the attendant , Ms Jam was very accommodating! The dentist Dra. Mao exudes professionalism and despite her young age she is very confident and explains every detail during my check-up and my house keeper’s. Highly recommended and am amazed.

​I visited this clinic in 2025 because I was experiencing pain in my lower second molar. I provided a full background to help my assigned dentist diagnose the issue. After an X-ray and a visual check with a scope, I was told everything looked normal. The dentist proceeded with a "medium" prophylaxis (cleaning) instead, which cost ₱2,100. Unfortunately, I am still suffering from the exact same tooth pain today. The root cause went completely undetected. ​To make matters worse, the payment experience was highly disappointing. I specifically chose this clinic because they advertised accepting credit cards. However, at checkout, the admin staff informed me there would be a 3% surcharge on my card payment—and insisted this surcharge had to be paid in cash. Not only does this defeat the convenience and security of cashless transactions, but collecting a cash surcharge on card payments is a clear violation of DTI DAO No. 21, Series of 2003, and appears to be a deliberate way to keep the extra charge off the books. ​I hope this was an isolated incident and that they have since corrected these unlawful practices. Given their 5-star ratings, I expected much better. Sadly, I was left with unresolved pain and a very frustrating billing experience. Beware if you plan to pay by card.

As someone who’s always been anxious about dental visits, finding Dental Haven was a game changer for me. I’ve been to several clinics in Malolos, but this one felt different right away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Doc Anna made the experience even better by explaining each step clearly and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can really feel that they care about their patients. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone! 🙌

Aside from the excellent dental services they provide, I truly appreciate how they treat their clients with respect and warmth. The dentists and staff are very accommodating and reliable. Also, knowing that there are a lot of use waiting, I really enjoy the various snacks and entertainment they offer to us, clients. This is indeed a dental haven.

Dental haven has been our best choice for dental treatments and such. The doctors are very knowledgeable about what they are doing, they even get to discuss to us every procedures and status of our case. With that rest assured that we are in good hands. Even the staff are very accommodating, for they offer proper assistance and guidance on what to do next once we enter the clinic. Overall, the experience in dental haven is truly a “would recommend” kind of experience.
